All requests are reviewed manually. Listings backed by multiple community votes require stronger evidence of remediation. Check your current status before submitting: look up an IP or domain.

✓Ensure the reported issue (phishing campaign, spam source) has been fully resolved.

✓Verify your server is no longer sending spam or hosting phishing content.

✓Check that your IP is not listed on other major blocklists. Run a lookup to see current status.

Common Reasons for Listing

Compromised server sending spam

A vulnerability or malware infection caused your server to relay spam. Resolve the infection, patch the vulnerability, and document remediation steps in your request.

Open relay misconfiguration

Your mail server was configured to relay mail for any sender. Close the open relay, verify with an MX test tool, and include the test results.

Phishing content on shared hosting

A tenant or attacker uploaded phishing pages to your shared hosting environment. Remove the content, suspend the account, and describe the abuse mitigation measures taken.

Expired or re-registered domain

An attacker registered a previously expired domain associated with your organization. Provide proof of ownership and a timeline showing the domain was not under your control during the abuse period.
